FORTESSE–Luxury apartment near the sea w/ parking

Positive: What an apartment!! Just WOOOW. Its exactly like on the pictures. Stunning place. Very bright, stylish and even lighting is well placed. We loved all the small details. Like candles, cozy table lights, etc. Apartment has everything, wine glasses to host a party of 30 🤣. Washing machine built in with dryer, hoover, good oven, coffee machine(uses small capsules), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. Walk in showers in each room are Amazing. Location is amazing too, beach just hand away and not too crowded. You can take a free ferry to other side of the old town. If you are looking at this review, just book it, you wont regret it!!!!!!! Negative: Amazing place, but we believe company could improve on these things, especially if you charging this price. - IRON, no IRON. DO THEY expect us to come to stay 5 or more days and all clothes will keep straight after travelling??? You can't even find a place who will iron for you. I did asked them, and the reply i got, sorry we dont have and best of luck to you. - Paper kitchen towels. They left one and that's it. I wont go to the shop 3km as I dont have a car to buy paper towels cost of 2 euros. - All the rubbish you will have to bring yourself across the street and pay 50ct for generalone. If you wont, you will be charged. It wasn't a big deal, just be prepared. - 2 single bin bags left, so be prepared to use your own bags or again travel 3km to buy a roll for 2 euros which you wont use. - No Shower gel. It cost here again a couple of euros, it will make a complete different experience for the guests. -when you book they will ask you a deposit of 300 or something euros. You can scroll down and it is written. -Check in 5pm, if you want to check in early which is 2pm, you will have to pay 50 quid. EVERY little detail which wont cost an arm could bring this place to the NEXT LEVEL.

Positive: Die Wohnung war schön, sowie die Lage. Negative: Das man erst um 17 Uhr in die Wohnung kann fand ich nicht gut. Zudem sollte in der Wohnung eine Information liegen wie der Fernseher funktioniert, und wo der Abfall und leere Getränke Flaschen hin sollen. Zudem sind keine Kochtöpfe vorhanden. Der Wasser Kocher war innen weiß von lauter Kalk. Ich habe ihn gereinigt damit man ihn wieder benutzen kann

Positive: Parfait Negative: Rien

Sensationell Positive: Zentrale Lage, da die Straßenbahnhaltestelle fußläufig nur 800 m entfernt liegt; und von dort ist man in kurzer Zeit im Stadtzentrum, bzw. am Bahnhof. Appartement liegt im 4. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) mit zwei Balkonen und einem schönen Blick auf den angrenzenden Park. Eine Tiefgarage mit abgesperrtem Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Einzige was fehlt ist eine Mikrowelle.
