SEA-TIME – modern appartement centrum Oostende

Het was ok, ik was er om te werken en had alles wat ik nodig had Positive: Het appartement op zich is zeker in orde. Negative: De werken in de gangen en hal, geen afval lokaal, het bed zou mogen opgemaakt zijn bij aankomst. En het ontbreken van een airco, kamer was op een bepaald moment 28 graden.

Positive: Sehr gute Lage! Negative: Sperrige Kommunikation mit dem Dienstleister! Geschirrspülmaschine war nicht richtig angeschlossen, Wasserhahn war abgedreht. Drittes Kissen fehlte. Sauberkeit mittelmäßig, geht definitiv besser. Baustelle auf der gesamten Etage und im Eingangsbereich. Das hätte man erwähnen müssen.

Hohe Kosten für mäßige Leistung Positive: Es war ein gemischtes Erlebnis. Wenn der Check in erst sehr spät möglich ist (17 Uhr) weil erst dann der Code für den Schlüsselkasten übermittelt wird, dies aber auch noch verspätet erfolgt, bin ich unzufrieden. Den früheren Check in (= frühere Übermittlung des Codes) will man sich mit sage und schreibe 54 € bezahlen lassen. Es fehlten die kompletten Handtücher und Bettwäsche, die wurden dann nachgeliefert. Es fehlte auch ein Kopfkissen und einige notwendige Dinge für die Küche. Auch das wurde dann nach und nach geliefert. Das ist eine schlechte Leistung für den hohen Preis. Es gibt einen Fahrradraum, was gut ist, dieser ist aber dreckig und stinkt. Negative: Im Treppenhaus ist es dreckig. Das ganze Haus ist noch eine Baustelle. Dreck auch im Aufzug und der Balkon hat viel Baudreck und Vogelkot. Das ist inakzeptabel, wenn man 130€ für die Reinigung der Wohnung zahlen soll. Dann erwarte ich auch Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung wird sehr warm, weil es keinerlei Aussenbeschattung für die großen Fenster gibt. Der Schlafraum hat nur ein Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht

There was no air conditioning, so the apartment was unbearably hot. We couldn’t open the windows because of the constant traffic noise, making it impossible to sleep properly. The property management was very poor, and there was no one available to help when we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property.
